8 oz strawberries, sliced
8 oz blueberries
8 oz raspberries
1-2 mangos OR 2-4 Nectarines, cubed
1 cup of seedless grapes, halved
2-3 tbs chopped fresh mint

Lime Vinaigrette:
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup maple syrup
1-2 tbs fresh squeezed lime juice (approx. 1 medium lime)
1 tbs balsamic vinegar


Wash and prepare fruit and mint.  Put into large salad bowl.
Thoroughly mix vinaigrette ingredients together in small bowl. 
Add dressing to fruit mixture and gently stir, coating the fruit evenly.
